2021 Docket Enabling Ordinance December 20, 2022 <br />Page 56 <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit S: Docket Item 22-24 <br />Teanaway Ridge LLC <br />(CP-22-00004 & RZ-22-00004) <br /> <br />Land use and Rezone Proposal Rural Residential and Rural Working to Rural Residential and Rural 5 <br />A proposal to change the land use and zoning designations of two parcels (346534 and 19132 – which must be sold <br />together) from two land use designations of Rural Residential and Rural Working and two zoning designations of <br />Rural 5 and Forest & Range to a Single Land Use designation of Rural Residential and a Single Zoning Designation <br />of Rural 5. Parcel 17916 is adjacent to the south of parcels zoned Rural 5 in the Rural Residential land use <br />designation. The parcels have a current land use applications for a 2 parcel short plat, shoreline substantial <br />development permit and Conditional Use permit in process with Kittitas County for the Yakima River Campground <br />under CUP application number CU-15-00002. A comprehensive plan amendment (CP-22-00004), rezone application <br />(RZ-22-00004), and SEPA checklist were submitted as part of the application packet.
