Parcel 17916 is adjacent to the south of parcels zoned Rural 5 in the Rural Residential land use <br />designation. The parcels have a current land use applications for a 2 parcel short plat, shoreline substantial <br />development permit and Conditional Use permit in process with Kittitas County for the Yakima River Campground <br />under CUP application number CU-15-00002. A comprehensive plan amendment (CP-22-00004), rezone application <br />(RZ-22-00004), and SEPA checklist were submitted as part of the application packet.
