<br />CRP/RC #: 295-18 <br />RESOLUTION#: 2019-163 <br />Location: North Fork Teanaway Rd <br />Last Updated: 8/29/2022 *FHWA project <br />Project Number: RC1594-B1 Length: 0.01 miles <br />Basis for Project: Bridge Replacement Construction: 2022-2023 <br />Project Description: <br />This bridge has one of the lowest sufÕciency ratings in the County and is currently load restricted. Teanaway River has mi- <br />grated slowly across the Öoodplain and started erosion behind the abutment wall. The County placed large rocks to arrest the <br />erosion until a permanent Õx could be implemented. Work will include replacement of the bridge with a much larger structure <br />to meet current design standards and improved roadway alignment. The Federal Highway Administration is lead agency with <br />Kittitas County contributing local funds towards the near 8 million dollar project. <br />Status: Construction began late Summer/Fall of 2022 and begin again in Summer of 2023. <br />TrafÕc Impacts: Minimal; existing bridge will stay in place until construction is complete. <br />For more informaƟon on this project, contact Darren Case @ 509-962-7523 or Darren.case@co.kiƫtas.wa.us <br />Dickey Creek Bridge <br />Replacement <br />Funding Sources: <br /> <br />Local Funds $400,000 <br />Total: $400,000 <br />3
