Failure to provide complete information may cause delays, postponement, or <br />rejection of the application. <br />16. Submission Requirements <br />a. Unique Entity Identifier Registration <br />i. All applicants are required to obtain aData Universal Numbering System (D[INS) <br />number from Dun & Bradstreet and provide that number in the application; There <br />is NO COST to register with Dun & Bradstreet. There are third-pafty vendors <br />who will charge a fee in exchange for registering entities with Dun & Bradstreet. <br />Applicants may also obtain and use the Unique Entity Identifier (UED in lieu of <br />the DUNs number. <br />b. Obtain a DUNS Number <br />i. Request a DUNS Number through the Dun & Bradstreet website. The official <br />website address is http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform. For technical difficulties, send <br />an emailto the D&B SAM Help Desk. Grants.gov "Obtain a DUNS Number" <br />webpage also provides detailed instructions. Once assigned a DLINS number, <br />your organization must maintain up-to-date information with Dun & Bradstreet. <br />This process does not apply to those applicants who already have a DUNS <br />number. Applicants must enter their DTINS number in the "DIINS #" field the <br />application form <br />ii. Submission Dates and Times: June 30,2022;5:00PM Pacific Standard rime <br />18. Submission Instructions: <br />^. A series of informational teleconferences will be held for all interested individuals. The <br />teleconferences will provide an opportunity to learn more about the program, application <br />process and funding agreement. A schedule of teleconferences will be provided via email <br />with the appropriate links. The aim of the teleconferences will be to: <br />i. Introduce the Marine Law Enforcement Patrol Vessel Replacement, Federal <br />Financial Assistance Grant Program <br />ii. Review the application process and requirements <br />iii.
