GOATS AND OBJECTIVES FORM <br />Fill out white sections only. <br />GOAL: <br />To provide a warm, safe, and stable place for homeless individuals to shelter overnight <br />from November 15 - March 15 <br />Measures (How will you know you are making progress toward your goal?l Data Source <br />We will count the number of people sheltered every night KVMA Volunteers <br />Stategy #1: <br />(What will you do to achieve your goal?) <br />Secure Location for the Shelter <br />Measurable Objectives: <br />Establish commitments from 7 churches for <br />hosting the CWS 1 night per week through the <br />Wnter Season. <br />Strategy #2: <br />(What will you do to achieve your goal?) <br />Hire a shelter coordinator <br />Measurable Objectives <br />We are currently in the recruiting process and <br />plan to make the hire and begin training as soon <br />as funding is approved. <br />Strategy #3: <br />{What will you do to achieve your goal?} <br />Secure materials, equipment, staffing and <br />volunteers to operate the CWS appropriately <br />Measurable Objectives: <br />We will be accessing past volunteer lists, and <br />using our network with churches and other <br />community organizations and social media to <br />recruit volunteers for the shelter. <br />We will be contracting with a security company to <br />cover the overnight staffing. <br />*Use copies o.f the same form if you have more than 3 strategies for the same goal* <br />'t2
