Excused: Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Debbie Stanavich, Administrative Assistant; Emily <br />Smith, Administrative Assistant; Patti Stacey, Solid Waste <br />Director/Interim Maintenance Director/Project Manager and Kady <br />Porterfield, Event Center Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending October 28, 2022. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION INTERIM LOWER DISTRICT COURT CONTRACT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board reviewed an update from Kirkham <br />Law who has submitted his costs to assume the Public Defender duties <br />for Lower Dist. Court while the County works on hiring the Office of <br />Public Defense Director. She stated that the current public defender <br />is done as of 12/1/2022. <br /> <br />The Board directed Ms. Kjorsvik to get a contract drafted, noting <br />that it should not exceed 2 months w/o a discussion for renewal. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DIRECTION BLOOM BIDS COMMISSIONERS
