Unique Entity Identifier Registration <br />i. All applicants are required to obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) <br />number from Dun & Bradstreet and provide that number in the application; There <br />is NO COST to register with Dun & Bradstreet. There are third -party vendors <br />who will charge a fee in exchange for registering entities with Dun & Bradstreet. <br />Applicants may also obtain and use the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) in lieu of <br />the DUNS number. <br />b. Obtain a DUNS Number <br />i. Request a DUNS Number through the Dun & Bradstreet website. The official <br />website address is http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform. For technical difficulties, send <br />an email to the D&B SAM Hela Desk. Grants.gov "Obtain a DUNS Number" <br />webpase also provides detailed instructions. Once assigned a DUNS number, <br />your organization must maintain up-to-date information with Dun & Bradstreet. <br />This process does not apply to those applicants who already have a DUNS <br />number. Applicants must enter their DUNS number in the "DUNS #" field the <br />application form <br />ii. A series of informational teleconferences will be held for all interested individuals. The <br />teleconferences will provide an opportunity to learn more about the program, application <br />process and funding agreement. A schedule of teleconferences will be provided via email <br />with the appropriate links. The aim of the teleconferences will be to: <br />i.
