Shady Brook Project Update: Patti informed the Board the project has not started yet due to the <br />City's new policy on issuing demo permits. Critical Area demo permits are now issued in <br />three's, rather than six at a time. Patti informed the Board that the contractor is currently <br />submitting additional paperwork to complete the application process and move forward with the <br />project. <br />Other Business: Brian Carlson, Budget & Finance Director joined the meeting to offer <br />explanation on the Public Works Trust Fund Loan and available REET funds.
