As part of the outreach to seek public comment, an open house will be held September 12 <br />in Upper County and September 13 in Lower County. An on-line form is also available <br />on the Public Works page of the County website. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />Estimated costs of design, right-of-way, construction and construction engineering are <br />identified for each project.
