Membership shall consist of representatives from the following stakeholder groups <br />r One Kittitas County Commissioner <br />o Two Kittitas County Elected Officials <br />o Two Kittitas County Department Heads <br />o Kittitas County Budget and Finance Manager <br />o One citizen participant appointed from each county commissioner district (three <br />total) and one at-large citizen participant <br />Their term of appointment shall be for one year. In the event of a vacancy during the process, the Board <br />shall advertise for appointment to the vacancy and make such replacement appointment. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the committee shall submit a recommendation to the Board on its <br />findings within one year of this resolution date. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the committee shall be chaired by a member of the Board to preside <br />as a non-voting member. The meetings will be conducted according to Robert's Rules of Order. Committee <br />members not employed by Kittitas County shall not be considered employees of the county, receive any <br />compensation or benefits, nor be issued county email accounts.
