This Contract Face Sheet, Special Terms and Conditions (Attachment A), General Terms & Conditions <br />(Attachment B), Statement of Work (Attachment C), SECO Equipment Contract Reimbursement Schedule (Attachment D), <br />Budget Sheet (Attachment E), and the Equipment Maintenance Certification Log (Attachment F) govern the rights and <br />obligations of the Parties to this Contract. <br />ln the event of an inconsistency in this Contract, unless othenruise provided herein, the inconsistency shall be resolved by <br />giving precedence in the following order:(a) Applicable State Statutes and Regulations(b) Statement of Work(c) SpecialTerms and Conditions(d) GeneralTerms and Gonditions, and(e) Any other provisions of the Gontract incorporated by reference. <br />This Contract contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties.
