<br />08/2/2022 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS – NONE <br /> <br />BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS - NONE <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS – NONE <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />At 10:26 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into an <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes until 10:36 a.m. with Patti Stacey, <br />Solid Waste Director/Interim Maintenance Director/Project Manager; and <br />Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, <br />or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or <br />potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a <br />member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a <br />party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to <br />result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. No <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:36 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
