<br />08/2/2022 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br />developmental disabilities in Kittitas County, beginning July 1, 2022, <br />through June 30, 2023. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT ENTRUST COMMUNITY SERVICES PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Entrust Community Services, to provide employment and day services for <br />people with developmental disabilities in Kittitas County, from July 1, <br />2022, through June 30, 2023. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT CENTRAL WA DISABILITIES RESOURCES PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Central Washington Disability Resources, in an amount not to exceed <br />$13,650.00, to participate in and coordinate with the Kittitas County <br />Emergency Management Council. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT KITTITAS VALLEY OPPORTUNITIES PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Kittitas Valley Opportunities, dba Parent to Parent, in the amount of <br />$26,360.00, for the needs of general public, parents, and children or <br />adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities from July 1, 2022, <br />through June 30, 2023. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT WISE PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />WISE, to provide training and technical assistance specific to <br />developmental disabilities, from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve an Amendment between Kittitas County and the University of <br />Washington Nexus and to authorize the Public Health Director’s signature <br />on the Research Subaward Agreement, effective September 30, 2020, <br />through September 29, 2022. <br /> <br />CONTRACT DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve Amendment Number 5, to the 2022-2024 Consolidated Contract <br />between the Department of Health and Kittitas County Public Health <br />Department, in the revised amount of $3,095,724.00, for the COVID Mass <br />Vaccination – FEMA and DCHS-ELC COVID-19 Response from January 1, 2022, <br />to December 31, 2024. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE – NONE <br /> <br />
