COMMISSIONERS’ MINUTES <br />HR STUDY SESSION <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />Director Foreman presented the Board with an MOU to amend section 12.5.1 of the current collective <br />bargaining agreement with Local 760 (Probation), which addresses compensatory time. She explained <br />that the previous agreement addressed comp. time via an MOU, but the current contract failed to <br />incorporate the practice set forth by the previous MOU. The new MOU would formalize the current <br />practices regarding comp. time. Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve an MOU between Kittitas <br />County and Local 760 (Probation) to amend section 12.5.1 of the current bargaining agreement regarding <br />compensatory time. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded the motion.
