Alder St. <br />Union Gap, WA 98903 <br />DOCUMENT TITLE: Quit Claim Deed - Water Right <br />GRANTOR Kittitas County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Washington <br />GRANTEE Washington State Department of Ecology, State Trust <br />Water Rights Program <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: lnstream Flow and Mitigation in the Yakima and Columbia <br />Rivers <br />QUIT CLAIM DEED - WATER RIGHT <br />GRANTOR, KITTITAS COUNry ("Grantor"), for valuable consideration, hereby <br />conveys and quit claims to the WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY, <br />STATE TRUST WATER RIGHTS PROGRAM ("Grantee") all of Grantor's right, title <br />and interest in and to the water right under Certificate No. S4-84524-J, described as <br />follows: <br />0.40 cubic feet per second, 136.5 acre-feet per year, instream in a primary <br />reach beginning on coleman creek at a point 1,660 feet north and 267 <br />feet east from the south quarter corner of section '12, being within the <br />NW%SE% of Section 12,T.18 N., R.219 E.W.M. and ending at a point <br />approximately 1,130 feet west and 740 feet south of the northeast corner <br />of Section 14,T.18 N., R. 19 E.W.M., and 0.40 cubic feet per second, <br />116.55 acre-feet per year, instream in a secondary reach beginning on <br />coleman creek at a point approximately 1,130 feet west and 740 feet <br />south of the northeast corner of Section 14,T.18 N., R. 1g E.W.M., and <br />continuing down Coleman Creek to the confluence with Yakima River, and <br />extending down the Yakima River to the confluence with the Columbia <br />River.
