EXHIBIT "A" <br />0.40 cubic feet per second, 136.5 acre-feet per year, instream in a primary reach <br />beginning on Coleman Creek at a point 1,660 feet north and 267 feet east from <br />the south quarter corner of Section 12, being within the NW%SE% of Section !2,T. <br />18 N., R. 219 E.W.M. and ending at a point approximately 1,130 feet west and74O <br />feet south of the northeast corner of Section L4,T.18 N., R. 19 E.W.M., and 0.40 <br />cubic feet per second, 116.55 acre-feet per year, instream in a secondary reach <br />beginning on Coleman Creek at a point approximately 1,130 feet west and 740 <br />feet south of the northeast corner of Section L4, T.18 N., R. 1-9 E.W.M., and <br />continuing down Coleman Creek to the confluence with Yakima River, and <br />extending down the Yakima River to the confluence with the Columbia River. This <br />instream flow and mitigation right was established in Change Authorization CS4- <br />02064sb1o 84524 (KITT-16-10) and was historically appurtenant to real property <br />situated in the County of Kittitas, State of Washington.
