12.RESTORATIONOnorbeforetheexpirationofthislicenseoritsterminationbythegrantee,thegranteeshallvacatethepremises,removethepropertyofthegrantee,andrestorethepremisestoaconditionsatisfactorytosaidofficer.If,however,thisIlcenseisrevoked,thegranteeshallvacatethepremises,removesaidpropertyandrestorethepremisestotheaforesaidconditionwithinsuchtimeastheInstallationCommandermaydesignate.Ineitherevent,ifthegranteeshallfailorneglecttoremovesaidpropertyandrestorethepremises,then,attheoptionofsaidofficer,thepropertyshalleitherbecomethepropedyoftheUnitedStateswithoutcompensationtherefor,orsaidofficermaycausethepropertytoberemovedandnoclaimfordamagesagainsttheUnitedStatesoritsofficersoragentsshallbecreatedbyormadeonaccountofsuchremovalandrestorationwork.ThegranteeshallalsopaytheUnitedStatesondemandanysumwhichmaybeexpendedbytheUnitedStatesaftertheexpiration,revocation,orterminationofthislicenseinrestoringthepremises.13.NON-DISCRIMINATIONThegranteeshallnotdiscriminateagainstanypersonorpersonsorexcludethemfrompanicipationinthegrantee'soperations,programsoractivitiesbecauseofrace,color,religion,sex,age,handicapornationaloriginintheconductofoperationsonthepremises.ThegranteewillcomplywiththeAmericanswithDisabilitiesActandattendantAmericanswithDisabilitiesActAccessibilityGuidelines(ADAAG)publishedbytheArchitecturalandTranspodationBarriersComplianceBoard.14.TERMINATIONThislicensemaybeterminatedbythegranteeatanytimebygivingtheinstallationCommanderatleasttendays'noticeinwritingprovidedthatnorefundbytheUnitedStatesofanyconsiderationpreviouslypaidshallbemadeandprovidedfurther,thatintheeventthatsaidnoticeisnotgivenatleasttendayspriortotherentalduedate,thegranteeshallberequiredtopaytheconsiderationfortheperiodshownintheConditiononCONSIDERATlON.15.ENVIRONMENTALPROTECTIONa.Withinthelimitsoftheirrespectivelegalpowers,thepartiestothislicenseshallprotectthepremisesagainstpollutionofitsair,groundandwater.Thegranteeshallcomplywithanylaws,regulations,conditions,orinstructionsaffectingtheactivityherebyauthorizedifandwhenissuedbytheEnvironmentalProtectionAgency,oranyFederal,state,interstateorlocalgovernmentalagencyhavingjurisdictiontoabateorpreventpollution.Thedisposalofanytoxicorhazardousmaterialswithinthepremisesisspecificallyprohibited.Suchregulations,conditions,orinstructionsineffectorprescribedbysaidEnvironmentalProtectionAgency,oranyFederal,state,interstateorlocalgovernmentalagencyareherebymadeaconditionofthislicense.Thegranteeshallnotdischargewasteoreffluentfromthepremisesinsuchamannerthatthe4
