EXHIBIT "A" <br />0.34 cubic feet per second from May 1 through July 31, 0.13 cubic feet per second <br />from August 1 through September 15, 45.77 acre per year (32.85 consumptive <br />acre-feet per year), instream in a reach beginning at a point 475 feet south and <br />200 feet west from the northeast corner of Section 8, being within the NE'/<NEY4 of <br />Section 8, T. 20 N., R. 16 E.W.M., and continuing downstream in the Yakima River. <br />In the Yakima River, from its confluence with the Yakima River to the Parker Gage <br />at Parker, Washington when used for mitigation in Kittitas County. The remainder <br />continues to its confluence with the Columbia River. This instream flow and <br />mitigation right was established in Change Authorization CS4- 00383CTCL@1(A) <br />and was historically appurtenant to real property situated in the County of <br />Kittitas, State of Washington. <br />
