Tax Parcel No's.: 378236, 922933, <br />940933,959328 <br />Grantor: Kittitas County <br />Grantee: Stockdale Inc., A Washington Corporation <br />Water District #6, A Washington Municipal Corporation <br />Abbreviated Legal Description: PT SETA SEC19 AND PT NEI/4 SEC 30 T17N, R23E <br />KNOWN AS HOLIDAY AVE. <br />Assessor's Tax Parcel ID No.: 378236, 922933, 940933, 959328 <br />THIS EASEMENT is made this day of 1 2022, by KITTITAS <br />COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Washington (hereinafter "Grantor") and STOCKDALE <br />INC., A WASHINGTON CORPORATION AND WATER DISTRICT 46, A WASHINGTON <br />MUNICIPAL CORPORATION (hereinafter "Grantees") <br />GRANTOR(s), ICittitas County, A political subdivision within the State of Washington, for and in <br />consideration of Mutual Benefits, does hereby grant an access and utility easement to: Stockdale Inc., A <br />Washington Corporation AND Water District #6, A Washington Municipal Corporation, over and <br />across the real estate and any after acquired interest therein, situated in Kittitas County, in the State of <br />Washington; <br />A. Whereas Grantor desires to create and convey an easement and to establish the property benefitted <br />and burdened by the easement and to establish terns and conditions for the use and maintenance of <br />the easement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefits contained and derived hereunder, the Grantor <br />for and on behalf of itself and its respective successors in interest and assigns, does hereby grant, <br />declare convey and establish the following easement (hereinafter "Easement") and further declares <br />that all of the Property shall be held, sold and conveyed together with and subject to the following <br />easement, assessment and obligation for the purpose of enhancing and protecting the value, <br />desirability and attractiveness of the Grantee's property. <br />1.
