1.1 USE The easement shall be sued for the following purposes: <br />1.1.1 Private road for ingress, and egress together with the right to reconstruct, repair, replace <br />maintain and use said road: and <br />1.1.2 Pipes, conduits, cables, and wires together with all reasonably necessary of convenience <br />underground or ground mounted appurtenances thereto for utilities, including, but not <br />limited to, domestic water domestic water, power, communication cable and natural gas, <br />together with, but limited to, the right to install replace, repair, maintain and use said utilities <br />and <br />1.2 Property Burdened: The property described as Easement <br />1.3 Property Benefitted: Tax Parcel No's.: 378236, 922933, 940933, 959328 <br />1.4 Restrictions on Use: The area of the Easement shall not be used for long term parking, storage, staging <br />of construction (except construction required for the easement), or any other use that would <br />unreasonably interfere with the intended purpose. <br />1.5 Maintenance: Maintenance of the easement and improvements on the easement shall be paid for by the <br />owners of the Benefitted property. <br />1.6 Maintenance of the Surface of the Easement: Any disturbance to the easement surface, either for <br />utility construction or road construction, shall have the surface returned to the condition that existed <br />prior to construction or better.
