The survey ofevery proposed subdivision. boundarlz line adjustments. record ofsurvey <br />and the preparation ofpreliminary and final plats thereof shall be made by or under the <br />supervision ofa registered land surveyor who shall certi$r on the plat that it is a true and <br />corect representation ofthe lands actually surveyed. All surveys shall conform to <br />standard practices and principles for land surveying. <br />2. The surveyor shall fumish the county engineer with a full set of survey notes upon <br />request, which notes shall clearly show: <br />l. The ties to each permanent monumen! <br />2. At least three durable, distinctive reference points or monuments; <br />3. Suffi cient data to determine readily the bearing and length of each line; <br />+.
