Applicants for a boundary line adjustment qpg&el_eenlbiUql[ien shall submit the following for <br />review and approval: <br />l. A briefnarrative description ofthe proposed boundary line adjustment pla31gel <br />combination; <br />2. Existing and proposed legal descriptions ofthe affected lots; <br />3. Scaled drawings of both existing and proposed site plans as described in KCC Title <br />15A.03.030; <br />4. A certificate oftitle issued within the preceding one hundred twenty (120) days. <br />@10-2O14-011,2014;) <br />16. I 0.030 Review criteria. <br />In addition to the requirements in KCC 16.10.010 above, the Director shall consider, and base <br />his/her decision to approve or deny a boundary line adjustment on the following: <br />l. Compliance with KCC Title l7 Zoning; <br />2. Compliance with KCC Title 12 Roads and Bridges; <br />3. Compliance with KCC Title 13 Water and Sewers; <br />4. Compliance with KCC Title l4 Buildings and Construction; <br />5. CompliancewithKCCChapter16.lSInigationandSprinklingandRCW53.lT.3l0and; <br />6. Compliance with KCC Title 20 Fire and Life Safety <br />(Ord. 2014-015,2014;) <br />I 6. I 0.040 Review procedures. <br />The Director, County Engineer and County Surveyor shall review the boundary line adjustment <br />or parcel combination for compliance with this chapter and all other land use regulations in <br />effect at the time the application was deemed complete. If all requirements for approval are met, <br />the Director shall provide written findings of fact supporting the approval ofthe boundary line <br />adjustment. <br />(Ord. 2014-015,2014;) <br />16.10.050 Recording. <br />Prior to recording, a final Preliminary Survey along with legal descriptions and final acreages for <br />all lots involved shall be submitted to Community Development Services for review and <br />approval. The Director shall verifr that the final survey and any attachments are accurate and <br />complete and that they comply with all of the requirements in KCC 16.10.030. KCC <br />16.24+624414,14W, and WAC 332-130. Additionally, as aminimum, all comers of <br />the new division lines shal1 be set, weather dependent, and positions noted qn€fface ofsurvey. <br />Boundary line adjustments do not become effective until recorded with the Kittitas County <br />Auditor. Parcel Combinations do not require a final survey.
