I 0.0 1 0 Applicability <br />A boundary line adjustment is an acceptable mefils of transfening land between abutting legally <br />created parcels, provided: <br />l. No additional lots, parcels or tracts are created as part ofthe transfer; <br />2. 2. No lot that cunently conforms to minimum area and dimension regulations shall be <br />adjusted so as to become nonconforming, except that existing lots within an existing <br />planned unit development (PUD) may be adjusted through the PUD review and approval <br />process contained in KeeU36, provided that the overall density of the PUD shall not <br />be exceeded; and <br />3. 3. No nonconforming lot shall be adjusted in a marurer that increases the nonconformity, <br />except that existing lots within an existing planned unit development (PUD) may be <br />adjusted through the PUD review and approval process contained in KCC 17.36, <br />provided that the overall density ofthe PUD shall not be exceeded. <br />4.
