6.2Subrecipient'sAuthorizedRepresentativeis:SheriffClaytonMyersKittitasCountySheriffsOffice307WUmptanumRoadEllensburg,WA98926-6720Clav.myers@co.kittitas.wa.qov(509)962-75256.3APartymaydesignateanewAuthorizedRepresentativebywrittennoticetotheotherPady.SECTION7:RESPONSIBILITIESOFEACHPARTY7.1ResponsibilitiesofSubrecipient:ThisprojectitselfisthesoleresponsibilityofSubrecipient.MLEundertakesnoresponsibilitiestoSubrecipient,ortoanythirdpany,otherthanasexpresslysetoutinthisdocument.Subrecipientshallbesolelyresponsibleforthedesign,development,implementation,achievementofdeliverablesandreportingoftheproject,asthosephasesareapplicabletothisproject,andsolelyresponsibleforanyclaimorsuitofanynaturebyanythirdpartyrelatedinanywaytotheproject.7.1.1ProjectTimeline.TheSubrecipientisresponsibleformaintainingtheprojecttimelineforalldatesandactivitiesoutlinedastheSubrecipient'sresponsibilityasidentifiedintheSubrecipient'sFFAGrantApplicationAttachment"A".TheSubrecipientshallcompletetheapprovedprojectnolaterthanSeptember30,2022asatermoftheacceptanceofthisgrantaward.Theprojecttimelinecannotbeextendedunderthescopeofthisagreement.MLEstaffshallmonitortheactivitiesconductedunderthescopeofthisprojectonaquarterlybasis.Workwillbeconsideredcomplete,onlywhenthefollowingconditionsaremet:•TheactivitiesdescribedintheScopeofWorkandthisgrantdocumenthavebeenachieved.•Allrequestforreimbursementshavebeensubmitted.•AllreportingthroughtheMLEStatementofActivityReportingsystem(SOAR)andSECTORhavebeencompleted•AppropriateproofofcompletionhasbeenprovidedtoMLEIftheworkisnotsatisfactorilycompleted,SubrecipientwillbeinbreachandMLEmay,atitsdiscretion,rescindthegrantandrequirerepaymentofanygrantfundsalreadydisbursed.MLE123-122SubrecipientAgreement-BoatingProgram(FFAGrantAward)Page4of64
