PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />Page 4 of 18 <br />ATTACHMENT "B" <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />For the period of January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022, Contractor will be paid $4,500 per month. For the period <br />of April 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, Contractor will be paid $6,000 per month. <br /> <br />Contractor shall submit invoices to the County on a monthly basis on the first of each month after services are <br />provided. Contractor will also bill a monthly expense reimbursement amount of $100 per month for routine <br />expenses such as local mileage and parking. Additional expenses will be payable upon submission of an i nvoice <br />detailing such expenses. Extraordinary expenses shall be incurred only with prior authorization of the County <br />and reimbursed as an additional cost to this agreement. <br /> <br />For the period of January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022, Contractor shall provide a combined single invoice on July <br />1, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
