The tBA State Job Foundation AnimatedVideo Project <br />Wise will produce an animated video of 3-5 minutes in length explaining the WA State Job Foundation <br />Program.The video will feature information on the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders involved in <br />assisting youth with disabilities to have employment experiences that will lead to community employment <br />following transition from school to adult services provided by the County.Professional production services <br />will be based on the script provided by the State of WA and it's partnering counties. <br />The Community Summit 2022 <br />The 2022 Community Summit will be the 10'"annual event.The Summit is intended to bring together self- <br />advocates,families,friends,and allies to talk about building more inclusive communities where people can <br />live the life they want to live.The Community Summit features keynote speakers and presenters that focus <br />on self-advocacy,supported employment.local and national policy changes,person centered planning, <br />community inclusion,building positive relationships,and technologies that promote independence in the <br />home,workplace,and community. <br />WA State DDA sponsors the Summit in conjunction with a variety of public and private partners including <br />Washington State Counties and Wise. <br />The OrganizationalDevelopmentand Training Systems Project <br />The OD-Training Systems Project offers organizations the ability to use the Wise Learning Center to <br />customize and self-manage their own training program content and tracking.This project will include up to <br />30 organizations across WA State,with the aim of fostering collaboration.resource sharing,and development <br />of innovative methods for training of staff in the supported employment and community inclusion fields. <br />Participating organizations will develop their agency-specific training vehicle,which will involve: <br />•Training content:Organizations will set up and self-manage their own teams allowing them to assign <br />content for staff training,track progress and generate reports on training participation. <br />•Managers:Training and coaching to team leads in the features of the learning platform <br />•Professional Development Action Plan:Participants will develop a customized TA Plan for curating <br />training content and developing organizational training profiles. <br />Language Access:Tools,Training and Translation Project <br />The Language Access Project (LAP)is focused on providing technology and training to participating <br />organizations to allow for accurate and effective language access.The LAP will allow for more diversity in <br />staffing and customer service through low-cost and readily available access to language translation. <br />Participating organizations will receive an artificial intelligence device called an instant Language Assistant <br />(ILA)to utilize for language translation.The project will include: <br />•Group training with the device developer; <br />•Access to the recorded training content for future reference;and <br />•Group and individual mentoring of up to 5 hours per organization. <br />Equity and Diversity Videos <br />The Equity and Diversity Videos Project will result in the development a variety of stories that are <br />approximately 30-min.maximum length.Participating agencies will be engaged in creating content which <br />can be utilized for social media,training,employer outreach,and other avenues of promoting employment <br />and inclusion statewide.Priority will be stories which feature Black,Indigenous,and People of Color (BIPOC), <br />rural,or other under-served communities and community members.Organizations participating will receive <br />training and support to assist them in capturing content related to employment and community inclusion. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 14
