FLSA Accumulation Process Enhancement <br />JIRA# <br />C° <br />AVAILABLE iN 9.0.0 <br />CAYENTA FEATURE DESCRIPTION <br />Cayenta enhanced the FLSA Accumulation process by adding the ability of <br />including premium earnings in the FLSA accumulation. The FLSA process accepts <br />eight (8) earning codes. <br />Hire Process Enhancement <br />JIRA# CAYENTA FEATURE DESCRIPTION <br />C2-6037 <br />AVAILABLE IN 9.0.0 <br />Cayenta enhanced the Hire Process by adding the ability to perform a mass re -hire <br />from an Excel spreadsheet of multiple employees with new employee numbers <br />while maintaining their person information. <br />The process creates Hire Approval transactions for each employee. Using the <br />existing Hire Mass Approval, you can select the transactions you wish to approve. <br />After approval, you can retrieve the person and see both the old employee <br />number that was terminated and the new one that is now activated. <br />Miscellaneous Earnings: Employee Limit <br />JIRA# CAYENTA FEATURE DESCRIPTION <br />P-6200 Cayenta enhanced Employee Miscellaneous Earnings with a new Fixed Amount <br />AnnualMaximum field. This limit ensures that there is no overpayment of <br />AVAILABLE IN 9.0.0 miscellaneous earnings to an employee occurs. <br />For example, an employee has a uniform allowance of $1,000 per year and is a bi- <br />weekly employee (26 pay periods a year). This amount cannot be broken down <br />evenly and, without the maximum, would result in an overpayment, unless manual <br />intervention occurred. This change reduces the manual intervention required. <br />Payroll Check CanceiaTion rrocess Enhancement <br />JIRA# CAYENTA FEATURE DESCRIPTION <br />P-3966 <br />AVAILABLE IN 9.0.0 <br />Cayenta enhanced the Payroll Check Cancelation process to allow you to cancel a <br />check, if transaction date is from previous year, and the pay period includes both <br />the old and the new year or the pay period range is from the previous year. <br />The process is now allowed to run from the current year. Thus, eliminating the <br />need to switch to the previous year dataset to complete the cancelation. <br />Personnel Management Portal Statistics Enhancement <br />JIRA# CAYENTA FEATURE DESCRIPTION <br />CP -6519 The Personnel Management Portal Statistics, Deduction Transactions and PA/GL <br />Transactions have an option to switch to read the audit tables. <br />AVAILABLE IN 9.0.0 <br />This allows you to view the tables as a part of processing payroll in Audit mode. <br />
