(250 words max.) <br />Housing Authority provides Section 8 housing vouchers (VASH) for qualified <br />households. <br />WorkSource coordinates with HopeSource to provide employment search and <br />preparation resources for clients seeking work. <br />DSHS-SNAP offers temporary financial benefits as clients construct their safety net. <br />The Social Security SOAR program assists in moving from disability to ability. <br />CentralWashington Disability Resources and Elmviewprovides training and disability <br />support. <br />FlSHoffers food and social support. <br />Free Clinic Dental & Vision provides access to medical treatment. <br />Merit Resource Center provides rehabilitation and behavioral health services. <br />ASPENoffers abuse support and prevention education. <br />Comprehensive Healthcareprovides a full range of mental health and substance use <br />disorder treatment services. <br />HopeSource case advocates do an intensive intake for eligible households, identifying <br />the needs of the client and begin creating stability plans for housing and employment. <br />Case advocates regularly interact with, monitor, and measure client progress as long as <br />they are in a HopeSource program. <br />HopeSource actively seeks input and feedback in the groups where they participate, <br />such as the KCHN Leadership Council and Board, the HUD Continuum of Care Steering <br />Committee, the A-Team, Rotary Club, and the Chamber of Commerce.
