KITTITAS COUNTY CONFERENCE OF GOVERNMENTS <br />PUBLIC FACILITIES FUND <br />POLICY NUMBER: 2022-01 <br />POLICY TITLE: Grant Instructions <br />NARRATIVE: <br />The Council of Governments (COG) desires that consistency and fairness be applied to <br />all grant applicants during open solicitation for grant applications. During the annual call <br />for projects, COG issues grant instructions to all potential grantees.
