BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS RESOLUTION 2022-081 REET II TAX – GENERAL ELECTION COMMISSIONERS <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-081, <br />Authorizing Placing the Increase of the Real Estate Excise Tax on the <br />November Ballot, by amending the last whereas “be maintained by the <br />Elections Division of the Kittitas County Auditor’s Office and adjusted <br />periodically as required by law”; changing the County Auditor’s website <br />to the “Kittitas County” website; and under 1.8.020 Voting Precincts, <br />changing from the Auditor’s website to “Kittitas County” website; and <br />added sentence at end of the Code section “Temporary precinct <br />adjustments shall be referred to the Board of County Commissioners for <br />approval by Resolution within one year of date of adjustment”. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br />
