KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />2022 STUDY SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: March 28, 2022 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Ratify the Director's <br />Signature on KPFF Task Order Number 4 — 2022 Bridge <br />Inspections <br />BACKGROUND: KPFF has been performing bridge inspection support <br />services for the past several years. Recently, Public Works <br />(PW) finalized the bridge inspection list for 2022 allowing <br />for a final Task Order with KPFF. Owing to pending <br />March bridge inspections, the Director signed the $71,000 <br />Task Order and PW is now requesting the Board ratify the <br />signature. The Director's signature authority is set at <br />$50,000. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution to Ratify the Director's signature <br />on KPFF Task Order Number 4 — 2022 Bridge Inspections. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution; KPFF Task Order Number 4 — 2022 Bridge <br />Inspections. <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
