A geotechnical site investigation will be conducted in <br />order to provide key data of existing subgrade conditions. Permitting effort within this scope ls <br />limited to the preparation of a grading permit documentation package. The grading permit application package assumes <br />incluslon of application, site plans, erosion control plans, stormwater site plan report, and SEPA checklist. <br />4.1 Conduct pre-application meeting with Kittitas County to determine project review and permitting <br />requirements. Meeting is presumed to be conducted virtually via web-conferencing and attended by the <br />Project Manager. <br />4.2 lf necessary, prepare a Kittitas County Grading Permit application and packet of applicable plans. The County <br />to pay all appllcatlon fees and costs. Plans and reports are to be prepared under a separate task within this <br />scope. <br />4.3 lf necessary, prepare a SEPA checklist for subrnittal to the County, as applicable for construction of the <br />improvements.
