The grading permit application package assumes <br />inclusion of applicatlon, site plans, eroslon contrd plans, stormwater slte plan report, and SEPA checklist. <br />4.1 Conduct pre-application meeting with Kittitas County to determine project review and permitting <br />requirements. Meeting is presumed to be conducted virtually via web-conferencing a nd attended by the <br />Project Manager. <br />4.2 lf necessary, prepare a Kittitas County Grading Permit application and packet of applicable plans. The County <br />topayallappllcationfeesandcosts. Plansandreportsaretobepreparedunderaseparatetaskwithinthis <br />scope. <br />4.3 lf necessary, prepare a SEPA checklist fior submittal to the County, as applicable for construction of the <br />improvements.
