MARCH 14, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Kristine Foreman, HR Director; Taylor Crouch, <br />Admin Asst.; Jerry Pettit, Auditor; Angela Bugni, Rule 9 Intern; <br />Elisha Harvill, Chief Administrator; Greg Zempel, Prosecutor and one <br />member of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 11, 2022. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION RISK MGMT. CONSOLIDATING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Prosecutor Zempel discussed with the Board what options they had and <br />what risks were involved as well as why it makes the most sense to <br />bring the risk management work back into the Prosecutor’s Office. <br />Kristine Foreman, HR Director Foreman stated what she has been <br />working on and that she is open to changing things. The Board <br />determined that Commissioner Wright, Prosecutor Zempel, Deputy <br />Prosecutor Horner and Director Foreman would meet and bring back <br />proposals for the Board to consider. <br /> <br />RATIFY SPECTRUM SERVICE ORDER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to ratify the chair’s signature on a
