3.5 CONTRACTOR AND HCA CONTRACT MANAGERS <br />3.5.1 Contractor's Contract Manager will have prime responsibility and final authority for <br />the services provided under this Contract and be the principal point of contact for <br />the HCA Contract Manager for all business matters, performance matters, and <br />administrative activities. <br />3.5.2 RCA's Contract Manager is responsible for monitoring the Contractor's performance <br />and will be the contact person for all communications regarding contract <br />performance and deliverables.
