In <br />the event of an inconsistency, the inconsistency will be resolved in the following order of <br />precedence: <br />3.7.1 Applicable Federal and State of Washington statutes and regulations; <br />3.7.2 Recitals <br />3.7.3 Special Terms and Conditions; <br />3.7.4 General Terms and Conditions; <br />3.7.5 Attachment 1: Confidential Information Security Requirements; <br />3.7.6 Schedule A: Statement of Work; <br />3.7.7 Exhibit A: HCA RFA #2021 HCA42 for Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) <br />in Jails Program, dated December 29, 2021; <br />3.7.8 Exhibit B: Contractor's Response dated January 20, 2022; and <br />3.7.9 Any other provision, term or material incorporated herein by reference or otherwise <br />incorporated. <br />3.8 INSURANCE <br />Contractor must provide insurance coverage as set out in this section. The intent of the <br />required insurance is to protect the State should there be any claims, suits, actions, costs, <br />damages or expenses arising from any negligent or intentional act or omission of <br />Contractor or Subcontractor, or agents of either, while performing under the terms of this <br />Contract.
