03/01/2022 MINUTES 6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-062 BLEW’S CONSTRUCTION PUBLIC WORKS <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-062, <br />Authorizing the Public Works Director’s Signature on the Blew’s <br />Construction Settlement Claim for the Upper County Maintenance Facility <br />Construction. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />At 11:15 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into an <br />Executive Session for 15 minutes with Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor; <br />Clay Myers, Sheriff; Kristine Foreman, Human Resources Director; and <br />legal representatives from the Washington Counties Risk Pool: Katie <br />McCullough, Nate Bailey, and Suzanne Michael, to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing <br />body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to <br />become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is <br />likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the <br />agency. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:30 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
