03/01/2022 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE – NONE ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS <br />Divina Largent asked who she could speak with regarding the Department <br />of Ecology Grant. <br /> <br />Paula McMinn commented on a Public Works Study Session and questioned <br />why they are moving ahead with a project that’s not necessary. She also <br />expressed concerns about lead at Bowers Field and why the County is <br />taking funds from road repair to the water bank when there is a much <br />need for infrastructure in order to be prepared for the future. BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS <br /> RESOLUTION 2022-059 SUMMIT FOOD SERVICES SHERIFF <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-059, <br />Authorizing the Option of Renewal between Kittitas County and Summit <br />Food Services, Formerly Known as Consolidated Food Management, Inc. for <br />the Kittitas County Jail, beginning January 21, 2022, through January <br />21, 2023. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. RESOLUTION 2022-060 FISH FOOD BANK – IN HOME PUBLIC HEALTH <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-060, an <br />Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County <br />and Fish Food Bank, to provide isolation and quarantine meals to <br />individuals in their homes, due to COVID-19, through August 1, 2022. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> RESOLUTION 2022-061 FISH FOOD BANK – OUT OF HOME PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-061, an <br />Amendment to a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County <br />and FISH Food Bank, to provide isolation and quarantine meals to food <br />insecure individuals isolating outside of their homes due to COVID-19, <br />through August 1, 2022. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried <br />3-0. <br /> AGREEMENT ROBIN READ PUBLIC HEALTH <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to remove the Professional Services Agreement <br />with Robin Read from the Agenda, and to remand it back to Staff to bring <br />back before the Board on March 15, 2022. Commissioner Wachsmith <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br />
