The Board of County Commissioners may recall direct to PW to work with Human <br />Resources developing the job description for possible Courthouse Union inclusion. The <br />Lead Fiscal Analyst job description is now complete for HR consideration (EXHIBIT 2). <br />By shuffling around duties amongst management and line staff, PW believes the <br />necessary additional construction support can be managed with significant cost savings to <br />the department. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />PW proposes applying the savings from the budgeted Project Manager 2022 personnel <br />budget, towards a five percent increase in the 2022 budgeted 2022 for Administrative <br />Supervisor and Finance Manager.
