<br />5 <br /> <br />• Draft Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP) <br />• Draft FAA Form 7460 (construction and permanent conditions) <br /> <br />TASK 7 – Final Design <br />7.1 Review intermediate level review comments from the County; address and respond to comments. <br />7.2 Based on FAA comments, prepare final CSPP and 7460. Upload the final CSPP and 7460 to the OE/AAA portal. <br />7.3 Prepare final plans. 16 plan sheets are anticipated. <br />7.4 Prepare final project manual of bidding documents and specifications. <br />7.5 Prepare final construction cost estimate. <br />7.6 Compile final submittal package and submit to the County for advertisement of bids. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• Final plans (PDF) <br />• Final project manual of bidding documents (PDF) <br />• Final engineer’s estimate (PDF) <br />• Final Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP) <br />• Final FAA Form 7460 (construction and permanent conditions) <br /> <br />TASK 8 – Bid Services <br />8.1 Consolidate and upload bidding documents to Quest CDN bid documents website. <br />8.2 Provide an advertisement for the public bidding of the project. The County will send the Invitation to Bid to <br />media outlets for advertisement, and pay advertising fees. <br />8.3 Provide project coordination with the County throughout the bidding period. <br />8.4 Review, research, and prepare answers to technical questions during bidding. <br />8.5 Prepare addenda as necessary to clarify bid documents. Addenda will be distributed by the Engineer. For <br />scoping purposes this scope assumes two addenda will be prepared. Addenda will be consolidated into one <br />pdf electronic file and uploaded to the Quest CDN website. <br />8.6 Coordinate, attend, and facilitate a pre-bid conference for the project at the airport. Prepare meeting agenda, <br />sign-in sheet. The Project Manager will attend the pre-bid conference. <br />8.7 The County will facilitate the bid opening and provide the Engineer with copies of all bid packages received. <br />8.8 Prepare bid tabulation and prepare a Bid Analysis Letter to the Airport for award of bid. It is assumed the <br />County will issue the Notice of Award letter.
