<br />2 <br /> <br />2.2 Consultant will prepare a (CAD) base map using the topographic survey completed in Task 2.1 and <br />supplemented with mapping from previous projects on the airport provided by the County. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• Civil3D base map of the project area <br /> <br />TASK 3 – Geotechnical Investigation <br />3.1 Geotechnical Site Investigation and Analysis (HWA). A geotechnical site investigation will be conducted in <br />order to provide key data of existing subgrade conditions. The geotechnical data obtained will provide <br />information to support the pavement design. <br />3.2 Prepare draft and final geotechnical report (HWA). <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• Draft and final geotechnical report <br /> <br />TASK 4 – County Environmental Review and Permitting <br />Per previous coordination with FAA, no additional NEPA review is anticipated. Permitting effort within this scope is <br />limited to the preparation of a grading permit documentation package. The grading permit application package assumes <br />inclusion of application, site plans, erosion control plans, stormwater site plan report, and SEPA checklist. <br />4.1 Conduct pre-application meeting with Kittitas County to determine project review and permitting <br />requirements. Meeting is presumed to be conducted virtually via web-conferencing and attended by the <br />Project Manager. <br />4.2 If necessary, prepare a Kittitas County Grading Permit application and packet of applicable plans. The County <br />to pay all application fees and costs. Plans and reports are to be prepared under a separate task within this <br />scope. <br />4.3 If necessary, prepare a SEPA checklist for submittal to the County, as applicable for construction of the <br />improvements. County is to pay all application fees and costs. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• Pre-application meeting minutes <br />• Grading permit application packet <br />• SEPA checklist <br /> <br />TASK 5 – Preliminary Engineering Alternatives Analysis <br />5.1 Prepare up to three concept level alternatives for the new taxilane configuration. The conceptual alternatives <br />shall conform to the requirements and guidance of FAA Advisory Circular 150/5300-13A Airport Design.
