The Business <br />Adrrisor is responsible for seeing thal required reports are submilted 10 the Lead Center crn linre. <br />Satisfaction of tlelii,erables and business clierrl evaluations are among the nneasures usecl in <br />evaluating the Business Advisor's annual performance. <br />The successlul cartdidate nrusl conrplete SBDC certificalion urithin six nronths after being hired - or <br />be ntaking saiisfact,-rr', l-rroqress tov/ard completion, as delermined by the SBDC's Ctertifir.:alicin <br />Commlttee.
