Wye Park Expansion trails connection <br />o FirstStreet/DowntownRedevelopment <br />tr Other <br />CenterFuse Shategies -for 2022 <br />As a complimentary non-profit, the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce continues a partnership with <br />CenterFuse to ensure effective strategies for economic advancement in the Ellensburg area and within the UGA <br />of the City of Ellensburg. Based on review of their strategies, the Kittitas County Chamber aligns with the <br />following efforts: <br />. Bring businesses to Ellensburg by collaborative efforts to support a vibrant and prosperous economy. <br />r Develop marketing content and materials that clearly provide the benefits of doing business in <br />Ellensburg. <br />r Facilitate connections and discussions between public and private stakeholders that create growth, <br />providing a robust toolkit for investment and continued development in Ellensburg. <br />7. How will this position meet the economic development goals of the County and region? <br />The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce will be focusing on the following elements:o Continue our efforts with SBDC Certified Advisor to support existing businesses in order to retain and <br />assist in their success and potential expansion. We will continue to offer a variety of workshops both <br />virtually and on location at our Business Development Center in Cle Elum.o Continue to list resources of current demographics, business climate, quality of life and available <br />properties inventory for sale or lease on our website.o Continue our social media strategies.o Continue to collaborate with CenterFuse, Ellensburg Downtown Association, Cle Elum Downtown <br />Association, Roslyn Downtown Association, Mountains to Sound Greenway, Kittitas Conservation <br />Trust, Towns to Teanaway, Forte,rra, City of Roslyn City council, City of Cle Elum planner and <br />commissions, Cityof Kittitas Council, City of Ellensburg and Kittitas County community Development <br />Offices.o Continue to highlight and preserve historic and rural stories throughout Kittitas County through our <br />efforts of Tourism promotion for Kittitas County, City of Ellensburg and the City of Cle Elum.o Continue our guidance to businesses on working with local govemment agencies via our website.o Continue to collaborate with HopeSource Ellensburg Cle Elumo COAL in Ronald, Kittitas Pantry and <br />FISH to offer assistance and support for social serices such as housing hansportation, and serrrices for <br />our citizens in the county.
