Waiver: Waiver of any breach or con dition of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of a n y prior orsubsecluentbreach. No terms or conditions of this Agreement shall be held to be waived, modified or deleted except by an instrument, in writing, signed by the parties h ereto. 29. Survival: The provisions of paragraphs 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 28, 30, 31, and 32 sh all survive, notwithstanding the termination or i nvalidity of this Agreement forany reason. 30.
