Axon will <br />address the issues and re-present the Acceptance Form for signature. If Axon does not receive the <br />signed Acceptance Form or written notification of reasons for rejection within 7 calendar days of <br />delivery of the Acceptance Form, Axon will deem Agency to have accepted the professional <br />Services. <br /> <br />13 Agency Network. For work performed by Axon transiting or making use of Agency’s network, <br />Agency is solely responsible for maintenance and functionality of the network. In no event will Axon <br />be liable for loss, damage, or corruption of Agency’s network from any cause. <br />
