December 29, 2016 | Page 4 File No. 0504-119-00
TestAmerica’s laboratory report is included in Appendix B; chemical analytical results are summarized and
compared to MTCA Method A cleanup levels for unrestricted land use in Summary of Chemical Analytical
Results – Soil, Tables 1 and 2.
BTEX constituents were not reported greater than the laboratory method reporting limits in five of the soil
samples submitted (from borings B-3 through B-7); however, the benzene reporting limits for the soil
samples collected from borings B-4 and B-6 were greater than the MTCA Method A cleanup levels. GRPH
was detected greater than reporting limits in the sample collected from B-5 and DRPH and ORPH were
detected above the laboratory method reporting limits in borings B-1 and B-3, but reported concentrations
did not exceed the MTCA Method A cleanup levels. Benzene concentrations in the sample collected from
boring B-1 and GRPH concentrations in the samples collected from borings B-1 and B-2 exceeded the
respective MTCA Method A cleanup levels.
TABLE 1.
