The applicant submitted a final development plan to Community Development Services on <br />August 19, 2021 and additional information to CDS on September 27, 2021 and December 16, <br />2021. <br /> <br />5. Community Development Services staff has determined that the planned unit development is <br />consistent with the preliminary planned unit development plan approved in 2011, and meets <br />the conditions imposed by Ordinance 2011-009. <br /> <br />6. The project site is located west of Ronald at milepost 8 on SR 903, in Section 12, Township 20 <br />North, Range 14 Ease, WM, Kittitas County, WA. Assessor’s map numbers 20-14-12010-0004 <br />20-14-12010-0002 and 20-14-12070-0012. <br /> <br />7.
