We will have available maps and brochures. We wish to continue that trend. Every <br />year we review the pros and cons of our pageant. We look for ways to improve and <br />to beconre more successful. Our nrission is and will continue to be: The Miss Rodeo <br />Washington Pageant is a non-profit organization comprised of dedicated volunteet.s <br />working together to strengthen our program for the Miss Rodeo Washington title <br />holders and contestants. To organize. coordinate. administer, assure the <br />perpetuation, and promote a scholarship program to provide educational <br />opportunities through scholarships to selected Miss Rodeo Washington Pageant <br />contestants. <br />Ellensburg benefits from the attendance to the Miss Rodeo Washjngton Pageant <br />through use of local businesses. gas stations, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, RV <br />resorts, grocery stores, shops. Our pageant inspires little girls to go for their dreams <br />of becoming a rodeo queen. Seating during our pageant has been a challenge. We <br />are working hard toward a solution for the 2A21 pageant by moving our pageant <br />downtown to the Hotel Windrow. Wiih additional seating, a new website and push to <br />update all of our social rnedia we will work hard to increase our pageant numbers <br />and rncrease tourism throughout Kittitas County. <br />2500 characier lintil <br />Application Questions'. Our entry numbers have <br />remained consistent. Our challenge was to be able to siep up our pageant event to a <br />higher standard in 2021 with no income coming in from the pageant or an event. in <br />2020. While our treasury sufiered in 2020 due to us not being able to hold any <br />events many of expenses remained the same. We have worked very hard to attract <br />new and more volunteers to help with our program. Our commitment was to move to <br />a better. more inviting location and this has been accomplished for2021 . We have <br />secured some new sponsors and will continue to work trying to secure more <br />sponsors but have had some linritations due to the economic conditions from the <br />2420 year. <br />2500 cha,acter linrit
