Some <br />challenges we faced were consistenl food and beverage at all 7 dates, wildfire <br />smoke causing potential cancellations and the lack of a solid stage/set up. For next <br />sumrner's series, if we can execute a larger scale event with proper staging, <br />structure and presentation then we would expect the outcome and attendance to <br />exceed our expectations. This event was planned for 2021 with the following Covid- <br />19 protocols in mind: <br />. Outdoor venue for amble room <br />, Online ticket sales <br />. Guests bring their own chairs <br />.
