Our 2018 and 201 9 events grew exponentially and we had hoped for a successful 2020 event which was cancelled due to Covid. ln 2021, we required all attendees show proof of vaccination which drastically increased our iicket sales- We had about 500 attendees in 202'1 with larger name bands and 10 cider houses. The PNW Cider Girl (a social media influencer) attended this year and promoted the event on social media for us. PNW Axe Throwing was a hugely popular addition to the event. and Ellensburg Hoops also atiended adding some flair and uniqueness to the event. Brosky's Food Truck provided food for attendees, and Ellensburg Desserts created unique cider-paired cupcakes for sale al the event. Using Cognito Forms for on-line ticketing, we collect all emails and mailing addresses of all tickets sold on line, and all sales of tickets, gifl certificates and promotional give-aways are also added to ihat database. 2A21 altendance data is aitached as an upload. ln addition, we have day-of ticket sales purchased at the window. But square does not capture addresses, so we'll have to work on that for next year. We have aboui 300 day-of ticket sales. ln 2019 Cider houses requested holel information and camping information, adding at least ten rooms for the weekend lhat we are aware of. We also reserve four rooms forthe bands for one night each. This year we had 4 RV overnights representing about 14 people, and 2 ients with 5 people staying on site.
