RESOLUTION NO. <br />BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KITTITAS COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, in the matter <br />of initiating a county road project designated as: <br />CRP NO: 306-21 JOB NO: RC2193 <br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Liberty Road over Swauk Creek (07101) Bridge Replacement <br />The project will replace bridge #07101 on Liberty Road crossing Swauk Creek at Milepost 0.02. The bridge is currently <br />load restricted limiting vehicles from accessing the Town of Liberty and nearby public lands. The project will include <br />replacing the existing bridge, guardrail, approaches and shoulders to meet current Washington State Department of <br />Transportation safety specifications and requirements. <br />ARTERIAL <br />ACCESS <br />This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to report and <br />proceed thereon as by law provided.
